Targeted at the public sector and large corporate market, the building was sold in spring 2012 to become one of Liam Nolan’s Free Schools – Perry Beeches III. The development was undertaken by Trifolkesstona in an LLP with Folkes Holdings and Corum Property Investments with debt from Handelsbanken.
