Langley Point was developed in the late noughties as a 44,500 sq ft Grade A speculative office building in central Birmingham. It was designed to BREEAM excellent standard with chilled beam air conditioning and 90 secure parking spaces. The location has nearby parks and open spaces is also only 8 minutes walk from New Street station and just 3 minutes from The Mailbox. Targeted at the public sector and large corporate market, the building was sold in spring 2012 to become one of Liam Nolan’s Free Schools – Perry Beeches III. The development was undertaken by Trifolkesstona in an LLP with Folkes Holdings and Corum Property Investments with debt from Handelsbanken.
