Trigram Properties planning application for a 14 storey apartment scheme at the junction of Ladywood Middleway and Morville Street has been recommended for approval by Birmingham City Council planning committee subject to the signature of a section 106 agreement. The consent is the first in the Ladywood Regeneration Area setting a standard for quality and design.
