Drayton Manor Business Park, Tamworth
The Foseco manufacturing facility located in the greenbelt adjoining Drayton Manor Theme Park near Tamworth was acquired in 2003. HSBC Specialist Fund Management brought in Trigram to work with them on the acquisition of this major 48 acre site.
Under our agreed business plan for the site we re-branded it as a business park, undertook a programme of onsite and building refurbishment and managed a planning strategy for the redevelopment of the older buildings. This was done against a background of maintaining the existing 24 hour manufacturing process. Drayton Manor Business Park now comprises some 520,000 sq ft of buildings over 250,000 sq ft of which has been refurbished, redeveloped and re-let over a 2 year period. The site was sold in February 2005.
