Trigram is developing 24 one and two bedroom apartments at Carver Street, Birmingham for completion in Autumn 2015. This part of the Jewellery Quarter is undergoing significant new development including the nearby Birmingham Mint and Kettleworks residential schemes and the new Assay office.
The development comprises a four storey building around a central courtyard above a ground floor commercial unit and parking for 21 vehicles. The scheme is fronted by a small commercial unit of 700 sq ft.
