Trigram has acted for the Prosperity Fund in the acquisition of apartments at Victoria Mill, Draycott, DE72 3PW located close to the M1 and Nottingham Airport between Derby and Nottingham.

This listed building with an attractive clock tower was the largest lace mill in the world when constructed in the late 19th Century. It has the benefit of a part implemented planning consent for comprehensive redevelopment retaining the shell and many of the features of the existing building. ALB Investments will complete the development works creating 73 further apartments. The Prosperity Fund will acquire 66 of these. Trigram Properties is working closely with ALB and its contractors DL Rhodes in the delivery of the scheme. Each one and two bedroom apartment comes with special features and a high quality specification. There is extensive on site parking. Current plans are to locate the new HS2 rail link regional station within 2 miles.
