VZ Properties has appointed Bill Houle FRICS as chairman of the group with effect from August 2019. Bill’s role is to acquire off plan apartments by way of bulk purchase which has led to the successful acquisition of 30 apartments at Treasure House in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter and 43 apartments at Galliards Timber Yard scheme in Chinatown
