Derwent House, Wolverhampton

Derwent House was surplus to the occupational requirements of Carillion Plc. It was acquired in December 2002 and immediately refurbished. The refurbishment was the first of its kind in the Wolverhampton centre and marked the start of the regeneration of the new city. The upper parts of the building were let to the Department of Works & Pensions and the remaining space let to a variety of occupiers including Carillion Plc and Towler Shaw Roberts. The investment was sold in 2005. Development was funded in partnership with The Sandpiper Group.
