The Basing Portfolio
Trigram Properties worked with equity finance partner, HSBC Property Investments, to acquire the Basing Portfolio. This comprised 5 multi-let industrial estates located throughout the UK. The estates including 78,000 sq ft Kingstown Industrial Estate in Carlisle, 88,500 sq ft Halesfield in Telford and the 60,000 Anchorbrook Industrial Estate at Aldridge. The portfolio was sold estate by estate in 2001 and 2002 to show significant returns.
