Trigram has acted for Shurgard Europe VOF/SNC in the purchase and delivery of a site for development at Park Royal, London. Trigram was closely involved in the conditional negotiations and delivery of planning consent for this iconic 9,100 sq m 5 storey design by DMWR. Planning consent was granted in November 2014, construction began early 2015 with 12 months completion.
Shurgard is the largest self storage operator in Europe and owns the majority of its buildings. In turn it is a subsidiary of the major American REIT, Public Storage and was completed in November 2015.
