Trigram Properties specialises in partnership investment and development, particularly in the West Midlands, concentrating on medium sized opportunities. We are currently active in the acquisition of apartment schemes from developers on behalf of the Prosperity Fund, as well as undertaking direct development.
Off plan apartment purchases
Trigram Properties will buy apartments off plan from other residential developers. We seek schemes from 30 units to 120 units at a range of locations across the Midlands from Worcester to Peterborough. We have secured approximately 500 units this year, of which we will directly develop approximately 90. The majority will be acquired from other developers and we will secure these by making a 30% deposit through the construction process.
Development Requirements
We seek sites for PRS residential development of new build apartments.
We will acquire existing buildings for residential conversion
We also look for partnerships with major land owners and the public sector to achieve employment and regeneration targets within the region.
Mixed-use office or residential base schemes.
We can cover all other areas of development, including healthcare, hotel or retail and leisure as appropriate to a site.
Occupier Partnerships
We work with occupiers to procure their buildings on sites in the region on a cost effective basis whereby Trigram uses its expertise to secure planning and shares profit with the occupier giving them the benefit of their own covenant.
