Trinity House, Blucher Street, Birmingham
Trinity House is a new build enabling development adjoining Scholars Gate. This 4 storey building contains 15 high quality apartments together with ground floor office units. It was designed in a style that has subtle art deco undertones and is located on the corner of Severn Street and Blucher Street opposite The Mailbox. Trigram Properties acquired the office elements and moved to Trinity House in 2007.
