This former Severn Trent building at 20-25 Lionel Street was acquired quickly for refurbishment. Trigram identified the potential to add a floor to the building. We created 41,600 sq ft of high quality air conditioned office accommodation with new lifts, a secure car park for 16 vehicles and a high quality reception and common parts. The building was let to a variety of high quality tenants including the Emap subsidiary Kerrang!, together with a major government body and consultants, White Young Green. The building was sold early in 2007 at the top of the investment market. Trigram’s funding partners were The Sandpiper Group.
