Bill formed Trigram Properties on 1st February 2001.

At Trigram Properties, Bill has initiated a number of projects and partnership agreements comprising both development opportunities and investment portfolio purchases.

Trigrams latest development, Langley Point which comprises a 45,000 sq ft ‘green’ office building has been funded through a Limited Liability Partnership using a combination of UK and international finance. The scheme has many partnership aspects and involves working closely with Birmingham City Council and Optima Community Association.

Bill is Honorary Secretary of the Birmingham Conservation Trust and Honorary treasurer of the Birmingham Design Initiative. His conservation expertise has been applied to the Birmingham Athletics Institute project at Severn Street which became Scholars Gate, a unique listed residential development in central Birmingham.

Bill has an extensive property background from his time at Phoenix Beard having managed departments in Agency (industrial, office and leisure), Professional and public sector client consultancy. He has acted as expert witness and undertaken a number of consultancy roles in both the public and private sectors.He gained extensive development experience with clients such as Richardson, Carillion, Standard Life, British Telecom and Prologis.

Bill is a high profile member of the Birmingham property community with close connections to both the private and public sectors and sources of finance for property development and investment.
