Mark formed Trigram Properties on 1st February 2001 with Bill Houle.

At Trigram Properties, Mark has worked on a variety of residential and commercial developments incorporating offices and industrial uses. These include mixed use projects with new and listed refurbished converted buildings from start to finish.

Prior to working at Trigram Properties, Mark gained a broad property development background with experience principally with Carillion Development Management (previously Tarmac), Miller Developments and Wilson Bowden across all main commercial sectors. Mark has been responsible for some major class leading developments, including The Fort Shopping Park and Star City leisure scheme, working in joint venture with Richardson Developments.

Mark is regarded as a hands on development manager capable of dealing with complicated projects and likes to maximise the opportunity from a cost and value point of view. A list of the projects can be found on the projects page of this web site.
