This project comprises the acquisition and assembly of a site of approximately 0.5 acres close to Birmingham city centre. The site will eventually generate approximately 40,000 sq ft of mixed-use development containing residential, mixed-use or a hotel. Our partners at Essex Street are The Sandpiper Group.
