We are able to source suitable opportunities, acquire them and manage the project to fruition whether it is a development scheme or an investment worked out over 3-5 years. This means that we look at development and investments from 2 different perspectives which creates added benefits. For example, when considering an investment portfolio we are able to assess the development angles and potential more thoroughly. Trigram aims to carry out development and investment acquisitions in joint venture with a small number of funding and development partners. We are also able to provide a property and development consultancy role in these fields should the opportunity arise and if it is more appropriate. This gives us an added degree of flexibility to generate income in the short term.
