We seek sale and leaseback opportunities where we can acquire a number of major assets leasing them back to owners within packages to allow the restructuring and refinancing of their existing businesses.
Occupier Partnerships - We work with occupiers to procure their buildings on sites in the region on a cost effective basis whereby Trigram uses its expertise to secure planning and shares profit with the occupier giving them the benefit of their own covenant.
Development Sites - We seek development sites for offices, industrial, city centre residential development and student housing. Trigram Properties also look for partnerships with major land owners in the public sector to achieve employment and regeneration targets within the region.

London Requirements - Trigram Properties are seeking industrial development opportunities in London based on the Selco operational requirement of 30,000-40,000 sq ft warehousing on 2.5 acre industrial sites. We look for prominent locations and will work with existing land owners, industrialists, local authorities and developers, procure the Selco requirement on a stand alone basis or as part of mixed-use local regeneration.
Working with a student housing operator, we seek sites within zone 2 tube areas suitable for a multi storey student housing development of 400 beds plus.
