We acquired Derwent House, Waterloo Road, Wolverhapton in December 2002. This good quality office building extends to 30,000 sq ft approximately. The top 3 floors are let on a new lease to Land Securities Trillium and are occupied by the Department of Works & Pensions as a call centre.

We refurbised vacant suites and common parts to make the building DDA compliant and provide some of the best quality office space in the commercial quarter of the City.

One or two small suites are still available - the building let rapidly throughout 2003 and 2004 to high quality occupiers.
