Bill Houle was born 20 July 1953 in Hertfordshire UK. He was educated at Christ College, Brecon.
He achieved professional qualifications as an Associate of the RICS in 1979 whilst working for Edwards Bigwood & Bewlay
and Phoenix Beard. He went on to become a Director of Phoenix Beard and was part of the build up of the practice over
a period of 23 years till January 2001. Bill formed Trigram Properties on 1st February 2001 with Mark Harris, a former
Development Director for Carillion Development Management (previously Tarmac).
 

At Trigram Properties, Bill has negotiated a number of acquisitions comprising both development opportunities and investment properties. Bill
is Honorary Secretary of the Birmingham Conservation Trust and Honorary Treasurer of the Birmingham Design Initiative. His conservation expertise
has been applied to the Old School project at Severn Street which will become a unique listed residential development in central Birmingham.
