Trigram Properties Ltd is a partnership commercial and residential property developer and investor. The company was established in February 2001. The company has an enviable track record working with a variety of partners, including the equity arms of mainstream banks – HSBC Specialist Investments and RBS, property investors and other developers including The Sandpiper Group, Folkes Holdings, Crest Nicholson, Piper Securities and Corum and occupiers such as Selco Trade Centres, Opal Property Group and the Optima Community Association.

The company has two directors and shareholders, Bill Houle and Mark Harris.

Bill Houle FRICS was a former director of consultant surveyors Phoenix Beard based in Birmingham. Mark Harris MRICS was a former director of Carillion Development Management (previously Tarmac) with whom he was responsible for some major developments, notably the 300,000 sq ft Fort Shopping Park and 400,000 sq ft Star City.
